This is a brand new role to work alongside the MD and founder, with a key focus to drive sales through their own D2C channel as well as in partnership with specialist retailers including John Lewis, Selfridges and THG.
The ideal candidate will already be working in a sales management role within the skincare sector, someone who likes to work in an entrepreneurial environment and able to find opportunities for the brand to grow. Knowledge of sales in the far east would also be advantageous.
Please note, this role is head office based, so sales experience 'in-store' is unsuitable. All applicants must also have the legibility to work in the UK.
Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Manager:
* Identify new partners along with new territories of potential success
* Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with premium retailers
* Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, setting performance goals and KPIs.
* Deliver a comprehensive key account roadmap that aligns with the overall company strategy and yearly growth plans
* Establish strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key customers
* Attend industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.
* Focus on brand and category performance through building strong internal relationships with the team
The ideal candidate:
- Currently or previous experience of working within a cosmetics/skincare sales management role
- Knowledge of luxury brand partnerships
- Business development and account management t experience
- Ability to work in London 5 days per week and travel to events when required
