Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales/Operations Manager to oversee our sales operations for both internal and our done-for-you clients.


You will have a strong background in selling enterprise sales - preferably in marketing or advertising sales, experience in managing teams, data-driven approach to decision-making and skilled at getting the most out of your teams.


You will be up-to-date with the latest sales technology.


You won't be scared to lead from the front and generate revenue when required.


This role requires a process-oriented mindset, a high level of ambition, and a commitment to driving sales performance.


We're growing quickly and aggressively and will need a skilled operator willing to go above and beyond in return for building a substantial business and the opportunities that will accompany that.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Generate revenue by handling outbound leads and demonstrating what good looks like
  • Being responsible for developing Hubspot reporting and dashboards to keep the owners up to date with key performance information.
  • Closely manage processes and ensure that sales processes are being followed and SLAs being hit.
  • Develop processes and structure across the revenue operation, and take part in board-level strategic meetings.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize operations.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Ensure the successful execution of sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in POS or hospitality sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Competent and technology savvy. Hubspot experience essential.
  • People management skills with an operations focus.
