About Us:

Trijit Limited is a dynamic recruitment firm based in Croydon, England. We are seeking a Senior Client Acquisition Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts across the UK and Europe.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a robust background in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have strong local connections within the industry and be based in England or anywhere else in Europe. This role requires an individual who can cultivate new client relationships, leverage existing contacts, and act as the local point of contact for clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients in the recruitment industry.
  • Leverage existing industry contacts to build and expand client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their hiring needs.
  • Schedule and attend physical meetings with prospective and existing clients across the UK and Europe.
  • Act as the primary local contact for client interactions, ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management.
  • Create and execute a strategic road map for the expansion of Trijit's recruitment business in the UK and Europe.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of client acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
  • Regularly report on client acquisition activities, progress, and results to the leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the recruitment industry, preferably in a client acquisition or business development role.
  • Strong network of industry contacts within the UK and Europe.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel across the UK and Europe for client meetings as required.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute detailed plans for business expansion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
