My client are a Social First Marketing Agency who are looking for a Social Account Director to support them on a variety of their Clients

You will be reporting into the Client Services Director

The Role

  • Overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of all activities on assigned client accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to promote retention and expand scope of work.
  • Leading crisis management efforts with a solution-oriented approach and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Managing client project budgets, ensuring proper allocation based on the brief, agency rate cards, and agreed scope of work.
  • Collaborating with various departments across the agency to develop and deliver high-quality work.
  • Establishing strategic direction for individual accounts in partnership with the internal strategy team, with regular reviews to maintain alignment with the approved strategy.
  • Playing a key role in new business pitches, often leading the deck preparation and working closely with the New Business Director.
  • Managing and mentoring the team, providing support and guidance for their career development and respective roles.


You

  • Experienced Senior Account Director/Account Director in a social-first agency.
  • Skilled in delivering full project management, including timeline development, budget oversight, documentation, and adherence to briefs, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships, fostering trust and motivating internal teams.
  • Effective leader and coach, employing a positive and supportive approach.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture and social media trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Workplace.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to meet objectives.
