The Role

The National Wholesale Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing the UK wholesale business. They will work to increase sales by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.


Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Centralised relationships with all Wholesale accounts.
  • Develop and implement Wholesale strategy that will optimise performance and maximise sales of Unilin product portfolio including premium and value brands.
  • Research and identify new product opportunities.
  • Analyse sales reports/market trends/competitor activity.
  • Achieve sales and performance objectives.
  • Ensure Unilin performance remains priority with Wholesale partners with focus on achieving a positive sales trajectory.
  • Grow our branded POS units into the Wholesale retail partners.
  • Guide Regional Wholesale managers so that they can implement the Wholesale strategy successfully.
  • Guide Area Brand Manager to ensure that all the team can fulfil requirements of Wholesale and Unilin Flooring retailers.
  • Ensure our CRM system is up to date with correct branded POS info.
  • Liaise with marketing to ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Wholesale
  • Experience in People Management
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate previous experience in using C4C / CRM Systems
  • Analytical skills and ability to make sound business decisions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel and do overnight stays
  • Clean Driver’s License
