Jovonna London is an international independent Women’s Fashion brand in search of an in house Senior Wholesale Manager based in London. With incredible brand growth and significant social media presence as of late, this couldn’t be a more exciting time to join the brand. Reporting directly into the business founder, you will take responsibility for the wholesale strategy globally. You will be predominantly responsible for opening accounts, developing new business/ doors, sourcing and managing agents in new areas, as well as maintaining existing Key Accounts. The brand currently operates across UK, Europe, The Middle East and Asia with increased growth across North America. Candidates will need to demonstrate experience of driving wholesale growth in another like for like business (with international experience). A “black book” of key accounts is essential.


As Wholesale Manager you will take responsibility for

  • Sourcing and Managing Agents in saleable markets
  • opening new accounts and widening the representation of the brand in unaccounted for areas.
  • Liaising with existing key clients, maintaining, and developing accounts relationships. ·
  • Creating seasonal and yearly wholesale budgets, and presenting to the founder. ·
  • Investigate, plan and procure new lines or categories to market to your customer base ·
  • Setting and management of selling margins taking into account all your direct costs ·
  • Management of all invoices and any purchase orders raised need to be cleared in a timely manner ·
  • Increases customer numbers within the wholesale business while maintaining excellent service to the current base ·
  • P&L responsibility for sales, delivery and justifying them to the founder ·
  • Ensuring that the brand is positioned correctly within the local and wider market in line with brand strategy ·
  • Possess a deep understanding of the collection and brand ambition ·


To be considered for this role you will need to have autonomy and self discipline. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in developing relationships with Buyers as well as meeting and exceeding sales targets · Strong knowledge of the UK & International fashion industry; trends, products and competitors · You must be a self-starter and be able to motivate yourself and be flexible when required · you must be able to source and manage your agents internationally . · Strong organisation and communication skills as well as an excellent telephone manner · A fresh, energetic and results driven manner · Confident and outgoing · A strong interest in fashion industry. Candidates must possess strong fashion wholesale experience to be considered for this role, with a wide and extensive network of contacts. minimum 5 years expereince required. competetive base salary + comission+ bonus scheme.
