This person will also be responsible for developing and implementing a business development strategy, conducting outreach to build awareness of the Vector Learn offering.

This requires someone with a strong work ethic, as we are a remote-first business. We don't believe in long commutes and think we can have it all, striving for a happy workplace. The role of Learning Design Lead is a part-time role and you will work a hybrid schedule, based in the UK. This position will be full-time, Monday to Friday with a salary of up to £40,000 pro-rata per annum.

You will be jumping into a start-up environment, with many learning development opportunities ahead. You will enable Vector to drive towards its objectives by partnering with organisations to assess learning needs and objectives, leading a team to create engaging, compelling learning content, and working with SMEs to develop new courses aimed at soft skill for the CDMO industry.

We have a great range of benefits, that we will discuss with you directly. This includes access to our own best-in-class learning platform.

What you will be doing?

Apply instructional strategies, learning theories, and best practices to ensure that the content is organized, structured, and presented in a learner-centric manner.
  • Content Authoring and Storyboarding: Creating storyboards or prototypes to visualize the flow and structure of the e-learning modules, ensuring that the content is logically sequenced and effectively communicates key concepts. Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather content and transform it into engaging and interactive learning materials using instructional copywriting skills. Develop and design learning assignments such as scenarios, quizzes, templates and workbooks to enhance learning retention.
  • Multimedia Development: Use a range of tools and software to create interactive and visually appealing content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive assessments.
  • Technology Integration: Leveraging learning management systems, authoring tools, and other software to develop and deliver e-learning content. Keep up to date with the latest technological advancements in the e-learning industry to incorporate innovative features and functionalities into the learning experiences created.
