Job Purpose


As the Learning and Development Content Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating both digital and face-to-face learning content aimed at enhancing wellbeing and resilience across diverse audiences.

This fast-paced role involves the scoping, design and development of insightful, engaging, and effective learning solutions that cater to the needs of our clients and the business. You will leverage the latest learning methods and technologies to inspire and excite learners, ensuring our content remains innovative and impactful.


Key Responsibilities


Content Design and Development:

  • Design and develop digital and face-to-face wellbeing and resilience learning programs for various audiences.
  • Build great relationships with subject matter experts and key clients, to enable a collaborative design process to ensure content is industry aligned.
  • Create insight-driven learning solutions that meet client and business needs, utilising the most current and effective inclusive learning methods and technologies.

Content Management:

  • Own, manage, and update existing content for our Wellbeing and Resilience Sessions.
  • Plan projects effectively, holding yourself and others accountable.


Quality Assurance:

  • Review learner and facilitator feedback regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  • Maintain high standards of quality in all learning materials.


Industry Engagement:

  • Stay abreast of trends and developments in the wellbeing industry by accessing the latest research.
  • Use industry insights to inform and develop new, exciting learning products.


Requirements


Essential:


· 3 yrs + proven experience in designing and developing learning content.

· Experience creating digital assets, video editing and creation.

· Strong understanding of current learning methodologies and technologies.

· Ability to translate complex concepts/topics into usable and accessible learning for all.

· Creative and innovative approach to learning design.

· Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan effectively and hold stakeholders accountable.

· A great team player and communicator.


· Ability to work independently and manage high workload effectively.


Desirable:


· Up-to-date knowledge of wellbeing industry trends and research.

· An understanding of digital learning platforms.

· Strong project planning abilities using digital platforms such as Trello or Notion.

· Facilitation experience.

Contract information


Full term or 12-month fixed term:

Monday – Friday: 9am – 5.30 pm

£35k - £40k depending on experience

Closing date: 14th August

1st round of interview dates: w/c 26th August

2nd round of interview dates: w/c 2nd September
