Introduction to Frameless London

Frameless London is the UK’s first permanent immersive art experience. Breaking the boundaries of digital projection technology, Frameless elevates art to a level never before experienced. Here you are not simply looking at paintings, you are surrounded by them, feeling every brush stroke and splash of colour.


Housed in a 30,000 ft2 venue located in the tourism heart of the capital, just opposite Marble Arch and Hyde Park, Frameless showcases 42 unique digital interpretations of some of the world’s most iconic masterpieces, by artists including Cezanne, Dali, Van Gogh, Monet & Rembrandt. Presented across four different galleries within the venue, content is multi-sensory and highly Instagram-able, showcased using different forms of technology and projection to excite and inspire visitors.


In addition to the main galleries’ experience, Frameless offers a dedicated events room for private hire as well as the opportunity to exclusively hire the whole venue for a range of events such as receptions, dinners, awards, meetings, product launches and filming.


To complement the visitor experience there is a Gift Shop which offers a wide range of gifts. The Frameless Café Bar offers a delicious menu including breakfast bites and coffee; a wide selection of sandwiches at lunchtime and in the evening a range of drinks and cocktails.


The Role

Position Summary


Reporting to the Social Media & PR Manager, the Content and Design Executive is the go-to internal resource, producing video content and static design-related artwork requirements of the Frameless London business. They are also responsible for ideating, creating and editing high-quality, compelling and visually engaging video content. They will have a passion for delivering materials of the highest quality, coupled with the ability to create collateral that showcases the business in the best possible light, reinforcing its positioning as a premium brand.


Main Duties – Design


  • Fulfil the business’ design and artwork needs, juggling the workload to create all assets on time and to the appropriate specifications.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with the brand’s identity and contributes to a consistent and cohesive visual presence across all channels including, but not limited to, social, print and online banners.
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to create design assets that support business objectives and enhance user experience.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, logging requirements and maintaining high-quality standards whilst keeping stakeholders appropriately.
  • Staying up-to-date updated on industry trends, design tools and techniques to continuously bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team.
  • Liaise with the Social Media & PR Manager and the Head of Marketing regularly, to agree priorities and communicate as appropriate with stakeholders to manage their expectations.
  • Follow the Frameless London filing conventions and file name terminology.
  • Proofread all materials before they are distributed to stakeholders.
  • Produce amends in a timely manner, adhering to agreed project deadlines.
  • Ensure that a best practice approach is used for channel specific content including social channels, paid media and internal reporting requirements.


Main Duties – Video


  • Content creation - Create high-quality and visually excellent content to support the business, reflecting the appropriate brand positioning and tone of voice, tailormade to the defined audience.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media & PR Manager and the Head of Marketing to ensure that all content is visually consistent and on-brand.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms including social media, websites and marketing campaigns, taking a platform-first approach to ensure content is tailored to best practices for each.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that align with brand objectives.
  • Perform all aspects of post-production and video editing, including cutting, colour grading, sound editing, motion graphics and visual effects to produce polished final products.
  • Organize and manage video content, ensuring all assets are properly archived and accessible for future use.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production, social media, and content marketing to ensure our content remains current and engaging.
  • Maintain equipment and software, ensuring everything is in working order and fit for purpose.

  • General design support for Events and Operations teams, along with the wider Frameless London business as a whole.


Experience:


Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience working in a similar role(s)


Qualifications / Pre-requisites:

  • Experienced in all Office suite programmes and Mac equivalents (Keynote, Pages, Sheets)
  • Creativity and a flair for premium-positioned design applications
  • Outstanding attention to detail and excellent spelling
  • Well organised with the ability to juggle conflicting priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience creating video content and proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign and Adobe Illustrator
  • A passion for the entertainment industry
  • Confident in handling film equipment and experience of a differing scale of camera-led projects, including audio and lighting applications
  • An understanding of digital formats and their applications
