We are seeking a talented and imaginative Content Creator to join our team at Armstrong Media Group - a company that manages social media platforms for several clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual and written content, with a strong focus on social media engagement. You will be responsible for creating unique and compelling content in several genres that resonate with the client's audience.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop, create, and manage high-quality content for social media channels, particularly on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas that align with the brand strategy.

- Utilise SLR photography and videography skills to capture engaging visuals that tell the brand's story.

- Edit and produce high-quality video and photo content, ensuring it meets branding standards.

- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with the audience to build community and drive interaction.

- Analyse social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise engagement and reach.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and content creation, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our strategy.


Requirements:

- Proven experience creating and managing social media content, particularly on Meta platforms and LinkedIn.

- Strong skills in SLR videography and photography, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

- Proficient in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be based within 45 minutes of Milton Keynes and have a valid driver’s license for travel as needed.
