We are seeking a talented eLearning Developer with a strong background in Articulate Storyline, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating stunning, clean, and crisp eLearning courses that engage and educate learners. This is a contract-based role requiring a blend of creativity, technical skills, and instructional design expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Implement UX and UI best practices to enhance learner engagement and usability.
  • Create visually appealing course materials that follow branding guidelines.
  • Review and revise existing courses based on learner feedback and assessment outcomes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of eLearning technologies and instructional design trends.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience as an eLearning Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and familiarity with other eLearning authoring tools.
  • Solid understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong background in UX and UI design, with the ability to create user-friendly interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
