Our Client is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to oversee and deliver a comprehensive Programme of Learning and Insights. This role requires an individual who can manage both online and in-person learning initiatives while ensuring all activities meet accreditation standards. You will play a key role in driving member engagement, managing educational content, and leading on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (D,E&I) and Mental Health in Business programmes. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing an internal learning platform and developing new learning modules aligned with industry needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Programme Management:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Programme of Learning and Insights, including scheduling, coordination with presenters, and logistics management.
- Engage members for participation in both online and in-person learning sessions and gather inputs for promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the Events and Sponsorship Director to secure event venues and meet sponsor requirements.
- Oversee attendee registrations and respond to queries.
- Maintain detailed records of all programme activities and results.
Facilitation and Hosting:
- Serve as the host for events, introducing speakers or panel discussions and facilitating audience engagement.
- Organise focus groups to determine key topics, and work with speakers to prepare presentations.
- Ensure that all events meet accreditation standards (CII) and submit annual renewal documentation.
Post-Event Production and Feedback:
- Manage post-event activities, including video editing and the distribution of attendee feedback surveys.
- Analyse programme feedback, produce management reports on member attendance and satisfaction, and use data to improve future initiatives.
Learning & Development Platform:
- Oversee the management of the internal learning platform, ensuring it meets the needs of members and aligns with industry accreditation requirements.
- Support members in achieving professional certifications by promoting relevant educational resources.
Strategy and Reporting:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Identify and source third-party training solutions that meet the evolving needs of members.
- Maintain up-to-date records of learning initiatives within the CRM and company website.
- Generate and present reports on programme effectiveness, attendance, and participant feedback.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (D,E&I):
- Oversee the delivery of D,E&I and Mental Health in Business programmes to ensure they reflect current industry standards and member needs.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Learning and Development, event management, or educational programme delivery.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Experience in post-event production tasks, including video editing and survey creation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights from feedback and performance data.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and CII accreditation (desirable but not essential).
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of the insurance, MGA, or related sectors.
- Understanding of D,E&I and Mental Health in Business best practices.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills and efficiency in calendar management.
