Customer Administrator
Location: Wellingborough
Contract Type: Temporary (2+ months)
Hybrid Working: Possible after initial training period
About the Role:One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Customer Administrator to join their team. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, including onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:Onboarding: Administer new starter onboarding, including document verification, contract issuance, and reference checks.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection and employment law.Process Management: Efficiently manage employee lifecycle processes, such as leavers, maternity/paternity leave, and contract changes.Query Resolution: Respond to employee queries promptly and professionally.Report Generation: Prepare and analyse various reports, including headcount, starters, and leavers.Data Entry and Administration: Perform data entry tasks, mail merges, and other administrative duties.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Essential Skills and Experience:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent organisational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability
