Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team at beBee Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project finances, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost control and adherence to financial targets.
  • Collaborate with clients and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure favorable pricing.
  • Monitor project expenses and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in construction project management, financial estimation, or contract administration.
