About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll and Benefits Officer to support the Group Payroll Manager in processing payroll for all companies within The Curve Group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for all companies within the Group, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage annual pay reviews, handle starters, leavers, and pro-rata payments, as well as perform payroll calculations for statutory payments such as SMP, SPP, and SSP.
  • Collate and process overtime and other payroll data each month.
  • Support the Group Payroll Manager in payroll administration tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in payroll administration with knowledge of UK payroll processes and legislation.
  • Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate effectively.
What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary of approximately £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, we offer a range of benefits, including enhanced holiday entitlement, company sick pay, life insurance, and a cycle-to-work scheme.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 40-hour workweek.
