Job Summary:

BAM Construct & Ventures UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will involve a mix of working from home and collaborating with colleagues in various UK & Ireland office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our Finance department, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely payment of suppliers. Your duties will include validating invoice header data, identifying duplicates, and coordinating the provision of credit notes. You will also assist with ad-hoc department projects and perform supplier statement reconciliations.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with experience working in an accounts department. You should have strong attention to detail, good Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Ideally, you will be studying for an accounting qualification.
