Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Together Dental, one of the fastest growing dental groups in the UK. This exciting opportunity is based in Wellingborough and offers a unique chance to develop your skill-set and contribute to the success of our mixed NHS and private practice.

As a key member of our Practice Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient satisfaction and providing excellent service to maximize practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability in line with the GDC guidelines and practice policies. You will also establish and maintain positive working relationships with all members of the dental team.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, your duties will include performing a high-quality reception and administration service, managing a varied workload, and utilizing strong communication skills to provide excellent customer service. You will be expected to work effectively as part of a team, using your initiative and organizational skills to achieve targets and goals.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Outstanding customer service skills to ensure patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Excellent telephone manner to handle calls professionally and efficiently
  • The ability to use and operate computer-based systems to manage administrative tasks and data entry
  • A willingness to learn and progress in your career, with opportunities for further education and qualification funding
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Attention to detail to maintain accuracy and precision in your work

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a range of benefits including:
