The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Clinician Support Administrator at Together Dental.

Main Responsibilities

As a Clinician Support Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of a patient's journey through to completion of care and treatment. This will involve working closely with designated clinicians, practice teams, Team Leaders, and Business Development Managers to ensure effective communication and administrative duties are applied consistently to an exceptional standard.

Key Duties

  • Managing patient leads and ensuring timely conversion
  • Maintaining regular contact with patients through various communication methods
  • Conducting courtesy calls and obtaining patient testimonials
  • Providing excellent service and communication to clinicians, practice teams, and Business Development Managers
  • Preparing and delivering regular reports to Senior Lead Generators
