Dental Support Coordinator

As a Clinician Support Administrator at Together Dental, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care. Your primary focus will be on managing and overseeing all aspects of a patient's journey from initial contact to completion of treatment. This will involve working closely with designated clinicians, practice teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and administrative duties are applied consistently to an exceptional standard.
Key Tasks:
• Respond to new leads presented by Lead Generators for assigned clinicians
• Coordinate with practice teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with clinicians and other stakeholders to achieve outstanding patient experiences
Working Arrangements:
You will be based in the Wellingborough practice, with regular attendance required at the Support Office in Watford. Travel to practice locations may also be necessary. Your working pattern will be Monday to Thursday, 09:30 – 18:30, and Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
