The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team at Together Dental. As a key member of our practice team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient satisfaction and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high-quality reception and administration service to patients and colleagues
- Manage patient appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the dental team and external partners
- Utilize computer-based systems to optimize practice efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with GDC guidelines and practice policies
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to use initiative
- Knowledge of working with systems and willingness to learn and progress
