About the Role:
As an Inventory Controller at GXO Logistics, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient management of goods. Your primary responsibility will be to complete perpetual inventory checks/counts, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by reviewing transaction history in the WMS, coordinate and monitor automated stock transfers, and provide general admin support for stock/order queries.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Excellent Communication Skills: You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail is essential to accurately complete tasks and maintain high-quality work.
- Adaptability: The ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes is vital in this role.
- WMS Experience: While not necessary, experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
