The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance our clients' online presence and drive customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans tailored to the restaurant industry.
  • Social Media Ads: Create and oversee paid social media ad campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • PPC Campaigns: Manage Google PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including promotional offers, and automated email sequences.
  • Content Creation: Develop eye-catching content for paid ad campaigns ensuring all content aligns with clients' brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to discuss campaign performance, provide updates, and recommend new strategies.
  • Onboarding Clients: Setting up client accounts covering social pages and ad accounts as well as setup of tracking such as Pixel, G-Tag and Conversions.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in social media platforms, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp), Google Analytics Excellent copywriting skills. Basic video , photo and graphics editing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday
