We are currently working with a well-established Real Estate Agency and Law Firm, with multiple offices across the Central Belt of Scotland. They are seeking a dedicated and driven New Business Assistant to join their busy team in Grangemouth. This role will also involve supporting their Linlithgow and Stirling legal and estate agency teams.

Your Role:


As a New Business Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, handling key responsibilities such as:


  • Engaging directly with clients and potential clients, as well as liaising with Solicitors, Surveyors, and Mortgage Brokers to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Managing leads, providing fee quotes, and promoting our client’s range of services.
  • Negotiating with Estate Agents to secure the best possible deals for clients.



What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience: Previous experience in the real estate sector is essential, ideally with a sales background.
  • Attitude: A strong work ethic, positive mindset, and a proactive approach are key.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in O365 and familiarity with a CMS is required.
  • Mobility: A valid driving license is necessary for this role.
