Join Our Team as a Regional Sales Executive
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Regional Sales Executive at ARDEX UK. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed annual sales objectives as outlined in the business strategy.
- Set and achieve personal sales targets in alignment with the overall business goals.
- Conduct monthly sales performance reviews with management.
- Proactively seek new customer relationships and partnerships.
- Develop and nurture existing relationships with flooring contractors, ensuring they are informed about ARDEX's comprehensive product offerings.
- Monitor and manage expenses in accordance with sales performance.
- Utilize digital communication tools effectively, including Microsoft Office.
- Update customer information for the service team to enhance our database.
- Provide weekly market insights based on sales feedback.
- Achieve all sales targets and objectives set in collaboration with the Head of Flooring.
- Promote ARDEX products to contractors, retailers, and potential end-users.
- Establish and maintain a robust distributor network to ensure product availability.
- Report weekly on market developments, including competitive activities and pricing trends.
Key Stakeholders:
Manufacturers: Foster relationships with complementary manufacturers to enhance sales opportunities through:
- Trade exhibitions and events.
- Product demonstration days.
Specifiers: Build connections with specifiers to drive product specifications through:
- Joint exhibitions.
- Site visits and technical support.
Distributors: Maintain relationships with distributors and wholesalers to boost sales across various markets, including:
- Trade exhibitions and promotional events.
- Internal and external product demonstrations.
Contractors: Develop and sustain relationships with contractors and installers to enhance sales across all trade markets through:
- Product training sessions.
- Local project support.
- Promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Strong educational background relevant to the role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
