Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.
- Liaise with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
- Manage and develop a team of professionals to ensure excellent customer service and support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the flow control industry.
- Experience of managing a sales team and developing business plans.
- Strong network of contacts within the Scottish oil and gas industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiating and commercial skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
