Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Define and continuously refine marketing strategies that elevate MHR's brand awareness and generate leads, resulting in revenue growth from strategic accounts.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and implement targeted campaigns that build awareness for MHR across its suite of products and services in key markets.
  • Innovation in Marketing: Leverage existing marketing tools and explore new, innovative methods to improve targeting of key prospects and customers, maximizing the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align marketing plans and execution, supporting the generation of incremental business.
  • Brand Leadership: Strengthen MHR’s reputation as a leader in its industry through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead the creation and delivery of ABM and strategic marketing campaigns to engage high-value accounts.
  • Campaign Review & Optimisation: Review, evaluate, and optimise marketing campaigns to ensure they effectively target key accounts and deliver desired outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of ABM and strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to innovate and develop new marketing approaches.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working across departments to deliver successful marketing outcomes.
