If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our client is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team in Bourne End.


In this role, you will be responsible for providing support, monitoring performance, and coordinating a small team of multi-skilled operatives. Your main duties will include developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing agents, and facilities vendors. You will also assist in the management of contractors on site, procure vendors and services when needed, and ensure all financial management requirements are completed accurately and on time.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You should be self-motivated, confident, and have a positive and energetic attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work well under pressure and be flexible. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with a clean driving record.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support, monitor performance, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing agents, and facilities vendors
  • Assist in the management of contractors on site
  • Procure vendors and services as needed
  • Ensure all financial management requirements are completed accurately and on time
  • Conduct site inspections, assessments, and regular audits
  • Maintain premises in good working condition at all times
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets


Skills Required:

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible


Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
