The Client:
A growing finance firm with offices around the world. The firm recently moved into new offices in Bristol and are already expanding the team, with excellent benefits on offer.
The Facilities Assistant Role:
This is a newly created Facilities Assistant position which involve managing all on the ground facilities and office management duties, while reporting to the London-based Facilities Manager. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Day to day facilities management – morning walkarounds, organizing any repairs and cleans
- Liaising with contractors and vendors
- Liaising with building management team and ensuring employees have correct access to the building
- Office management – being the go-to person for all employees and ensuring stationery, office supplies and equipment are stocked
- Ad-hoc administrative support including event coordination.
Candidate Specification:
- Previous experience in a Facilities or Workplace coordination / administration role
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential
- Muck-in attitude
- Experience must be within a financial or professional services environment
- Must be able to commute into Bristol on a daily basis.
Additional Information:
- Salary up to circa £40K
- Additional benefits include 25 days holiday, onsite gym, extensive medical benefits and good pension contributions
- Role is based in central Bristol area
- Hours are 8am – 6pm with some flexibility
- December 2024 start.
