UK, UK, United Kingdom Procentia - Pensions and PRT Software Solutions Full time

People Partner (HR) – Pension Software – Bristol

Location: Emersons Green (Hybrid working)

No agencies

The Company

You’re crucial to unlocking the potential of our market leading software (as voted for by our Clients – UK’s no.1 pensions admin software 2022 and 2023) and 'Pensions Technology Firm of the Year' title at the Pensions Age Awards 2024. Yes, we’re ahead of the game with what our software does, yes, we pride ourselves on reacting quickly to our changing environment, but without you, our long list of blue chip and household name clients don’t get any of that good stuff.

Our flagship product is IntelliPen, a state-of-the-art, Internet browser-based pensions and benefits administration system, encompassing workflow, calculations, data upload tools, document management, payroll, accounting, reporting and all of the functionality a modern pensions department will demand.

The Job

This is a true People Generalist role, reporting to the Group Head of People delivering partnership support to key business areas as well as continuing the building and embedding of an operational and strategic People Team in the Procentia group. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation and People Team where you can get involved in designing or developing People activities for the full employee lifecycle. You will help align and ensure the delivery of the People strategy with your business area’s goals and overall company goals.

This role will have both transactional and transformation elements covering People processes, policies, full employee lifecycle, employee relations, annual projects, engagement, career development, wellbeing and retention activities, payroll, benefits, developing line managers and getting involved in coaching and building career paths. You’ll also be a sounding board for your stakeholders, being a confidential resource for employees and leaders to discuss concerns, brainstorm solutions, and navigate complex situations.

It is proposed that your dedicated business areas are Professional Services (Client Management, Client Delivery, PMO, Quality Assurance), Training, Client Support and Workplace Experience and the US. Whilst we continue our growth plans, you will be key in supporting the People agenda in these areas, while we build out the team and improve the use of our new HRIMS – HiBob – with the support of the People and Talent Assistant you will be responsible for the majority of the administration for your area, however this will evolve as we build out the People team and improve automation. You will work with our Talent Acquisition Partner for all of your recruitment activities.

You will be an integral member of the People Team supporting key stakeholders at all levels with specialist people and talent advice and guidance, with hands on support.

We are going through an exciting and challenging period of change due to the success of our business and quality of our product, this will lead to department specific projects or company wide changes that you will either own or collaborate with the Group Head of People on. Depending on your experience you’ll be the key People Partner for the US who we want to bring closer to the UK business and improve on knowledge sharing and collaboration.

You will make a valuable contribution in continuing to building Procentia best practice for the People Team and will get great exposure for your career development.

As we are a small team, we need to cover the full administrative requirements of the team and the value add tasks and projects. Administration requirements will reduce over time as we streamline processes and bring in a People and Talent Apprentice in 2025.

You will manage a diverse workload including multiple parallel tasks and you will prioritise your time and tasks effectively alongside the demands set on the business and to achieve time-critical deadlines. On occasion you may need to work flexibility to support the US in their time zone – but this is limited and will have reasonable notice.

If you are a proactive People Partner ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you Apply now and be a key contributor in our People journey

Procentia is committed to fair and accessible employment practices. If selected for an interview, we will be happy to work with you to ensure your interview is accessible and accommodation is provided. When your interview is being scheduled, please advise us of how we might be able to support your participation.
