Job Summary

The Head of People will oversee the Human Resources department, ensuring effective management and development of human resources across the organisation. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage HR operations, lead initiatives to improve staff engagement and performance, and support the growth and success of the brands and its group companies.


Key Responsibilities


· - Oversee the management and optimization of the HRM software, BambooHR.

· - Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening interviews, and coordination with recruitment agencies.

· - Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

· - Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to improve employee retention.

· - Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

· - Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.

· - Manage and mentor the HR Assistant, providing guidance and support to ensure professional growth and effective contribution to the HR team.

· - Address and resolve internal staff issues and conflicts, encouraging a positive and productive work environment.

· - Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs for both US and EU staff.

Qualifications

· - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· - 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

· - Proficient in HRM software, preferably BambooHR.

· - Strong understanding of US and EU labour laws and employee benefits.

· - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· - Proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.

· - Strong leadership and team management skills.

· - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
