As the Head of People, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team and report directly into the CEO. You will shape and deliver our people strategy, ensuring that our team is motivated, engaged, and aligned with Hexarad's objectives. Day to day you might...
· Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with Hexarad’s mission and business objectives.
· Streamline the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development.
· Cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
· Work closely with leadership to forecast staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
· Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.
· Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, fostering a supportive work environment.
· Develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.
· Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of people programs and inform decision-making.
