Hybrid working - 2 Days a week
Overview
Working closely with the Managing Director, CEO, and wider Team, your day-to-day role will focus on two key areas:
● Raising awareness of the Agency and offering
● Converting qualified opportunities into new wins for the business
Key responsibilities:
● Win new opportunities from our target blue chip clients.
● Create and implement strategic sales plans that successfully achieve business objectives
● Input on marketing strategy, and work with the marketing and creative department to develop new marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns.
● Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and major contracts.
● Build an annual sales calendar of major event targets.
● Identify and enter key tender processes.
● Play a starring role on live pitches.
● Attend industry / networking events.
● Train future sales staff.
You:
● Experience heading up successful BD campaigns.
● A developed network of international brand clients.
● Leadership experience within a small sales department.
● Ability to input into the marketing function
● Experience and interest in the experiential / immersive marketing space
● An entrepreneurial outlook with a passion and skills to grow a business
● Capable of juggling multiple work streams while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
● Driven and goal orientated with experience of delivering business and revenue growth.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to clients and staff at every level of the organisation
● Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts
