You will:
- Work with senior leaders to develop sales strategies
- Champion and lead relevant sales training within the brand
- Establish, develop and maintain client relationships
- Conduct prospecting activities to generate leads through effective in-person, phone, email, social media, and other outreach methods
- Generate leads via professional relationships and other interactions that support business development/ sales effort
- Attend industry-specific events and networking opportunities
- Ability to articulate and win complex recruitment solutions including RPO. Retained and SOW services
- Actively build and maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline of leads/ opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with our clients’ hiring managers to continually expand our reach inside their organization
- Guide the hiring process to meet the needs of the client while working with delivery to ensure roles are filled timely
You will need:
- Sales experience working in a healthcare recruitment agency
- Proven success achieving and exceeding performance goals
- Detailed, organized, and adaptable
- Work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
