**Key Responsibilities:**


- **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for target markets and clients.

- **Global Reach:** Support key commercial opportunities in line with IE UK’s business strategy.

- **Collaboration:** Work with Operations, Project Controls, and Estimating to provide accurate estimates and practical solutions.

- **Financial Targets:** Achieve business development and financial targets, maximizing revenue and profit margins.

- **Customer Management:** Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.


**Primary Duties:**


- Drive new business development with a focus on global opportunities.

- Create competitive solutions to customer requirements.

- Follow up on tenders to maximize contract wins.

- Review quotes and strengthen company positioning.

- Ensure compliance with bid processes and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.

- Collaborate with Finance for reporting and MOR preparation.

- Report on pipeline opportunities within Renewables & Decommissioning.

- Provide market intelligence and sales reports to senior management.

- Oversee the bidding and operational handover process.

- Adapt strategies to market changes.

- Identify and nurture sales talent within the division.

- Negotiate contracts with customers.

- Support and motivate the sales team to increase revenue.

- Attend negotiations and pre-contract handover meetings.

- Liaise with operations on technical and operational requirements.

- Proven experience in business development within the industrial services sector.

- Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.

- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
