THE COMPANY: A start up organisation part of a large UK Healthcare firm. They specialise in helping dentists convert more patients by addressing common barriers to treatment affordability. Culture is at the heart of the company boasting employees of all ages ethnicities and backgrounds and are a recent winner of a UK Award for being one of the top companies with greatest culture to work for. Due to growth, they are recruiting for a sales professional to join the team as a Sales Development Representative.


THE ROLE: Working out of a modern office in a lucrative location in London 3 days per week, 2 days from home. The successful applicant will be the voice of the company prospecting to clients and generating new opportunities and meetings to be followed up by the account executive team. You will build a client base and generate clients by making calls to an existing client base not using the company's current solutions available. You will identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events and social media. Typical contacts you will deal with include practice managers, principal dentists and dental practice owners.


EXPERIENCE: Attitude and personality are the most important thing We are looking for candidates who ideally have at least 12 months sales experience in any sector. We will also consider an emotional intelligent graduate who's looking for their first commercial role.

The Package for Account Executive:

  • Basic: £30,000 depending on experience.
  • Commission: £15,000 bonus paid monthly
  • £600 per annum wellbeing allowance.
