ROLE (Summary)


Reporting to the board, we are recruiting for a Marketing Director fully responsible for the end2end international B2B & B2C Marketing strategy and execution focused on (but not limited to):


  • Leading, recruiting and managing the marketing team with an international remit
  • Devising and delivering the global brand marketing, campaigns, content, PR, social and influencer marketing strategy.
  • Setting the brand personality and the tone of voice for the business including a new end-to-end brand refresh.
  • Develop and lead an end-to-end strategy for customer retention and loyalty, creating innovation campaigns/ideas to increase customer loyalty and reduce customer churn.
  • Drive best in class conversion and retention rates across each user & customer lifecycle stages, tracking metrics and measuring the success of retention strategies.
  • Management and optimisation of all performance media / digital channels including Affiliates, Paid Social, Display, PPC, SEO and email marketing.
  • Seeking out new opportunities including driving influencer and PR activations
  • Lead the team in a test-and-learn approach, leveraging insights to guide campaign optimizations and inform initiatives across the organisation.


PERSON


We currently seek a creative, visionary, and results driven marketing leader with a track record of delivering creative, high impact and best practice marketing strategies with recent and significant experience in a marketing leadership position within high growth and dynamic B2B & B2C environments.


In summary, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Director who can offer experience/expertise in the following:


  • Track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Masterminding and executing integrated campaigns and partnership activations aimed at boosting brand awareness and consideration.
  • Developing and implementing successful acquisition and growth strategies.
  • Customer retention and loyalty, with demonstrable experience on customer engagement and loyalty programs (including design, implementation, and day-to-day management).
  • Building a learning & experimentation culture (AB/Multivariate testing).
  • UK & European B2B & B2C retail / marketplace industry experience
