At D&D London we are passionate about all things food and drink. We strive to deliver quality in everything we do, each time we do it. With over 30 diverse venues across 6 cities including London, New York and Paris - there is a restaurant for every occasion. Each of our sites pride themselves on the unique designs, the freshest produce and the most exclusive settings. Founded in 2006 by David Loewi, the mission has always been the same, to provide each and every guest with a luxury experience when stepping foot into our restaurants, bars and hotel. Through the years we have paved the way in the luxury dining scene, acquiring some of the most iconic venues in London and beyond, venues such as Bluebird Chelsea, 100 Wardour St, Quaglino’s, 20 Stories, Orelle and South Place Hotel.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Director to lead the overall marketing strategy for D&D London. You will be responsible for driving the overarching marketing strategy, encompassing digital, PR, communications and brand initiatives, while ensuring that each venue’s unique identity is upheld. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic marketing leader who can strategically enhance brand visibility while focusing on measurable returns in terms of customer engagement, retention, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for D&D London, with a strong focus on increasing revenue and sales through innovative digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Brand Management: Elevate the D&D brand across all platforms, ensuring consistency while allowing each venue to maintain its unique identity and charm.
- Social Media & Paid Advertising: Design and execute robust social media strategies and paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- SEO & Digital Optimisation: Oversee SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and digital presence, ensuring all online content is optimised to drive conversions.
- Loyalty Program Development: Expand and refine our loyalty program to encourage repeat visits and customer retention, using targeted campaigns to drive engagement and grow customer lifetime value.
- Event Marketing: Spearhead the promotion of group events and exclusive hires, including corporate events and weddings, working to maximise revenue from these key opportunities.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics to measure campaign performance and provide insights that shape strategy, optimising customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, sales, and restaurant teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals, leveraging marketing to drive footfall, bookings, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and a results-driven culture.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years in a senior marketing role, with a proven track record in senior marketing role, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
- Revenue Focus: Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of how marketing drives business growth and the ability to directly link strategy with sales and revenue.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing marketing teams, driving both creativity and results.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and adapt marketing strategies to enhance performance.
- Creativity & Innovation: Strong creative flair and an innovative approach to marketing campaigns and brand development, with a keen eye on emerging trends and opportunities.
