Our client is one of Scotland’s premier letting & estate agencies, priding themselves on their highly professional and personalised approach to managing and selling properties throughout Scotland.


Due to an increased demand in their lettings service, they are looking to attract a positive, enthusiastic and customer focused individual to assume responsibility for the following duties & responsibilities:


  • Manage a vast portfolio of properties and act as the primary contact for tenants and landlords to provide support throughout the duration of their tenancy
  • Build trusting relationships with customers to influence & negotiate best results for all parties
  • Maintain an up-to-date and knowledgeable understanding of landlord law and housing standards legislation
  • Collaborate with colleagues, tenants and landlords to achieve individual, branch and business targets
  • Deal with specific repair and maintenance issues and liaise with preferred contractors to deliver timely and cost-effective results
  • Manage all utilities, local authority and governmental requirements and ensure all legislative and health & safety paperwork is completed and up-to-date for each property
  • Provide accurate and timely activity reporting to the leadership team


The successful applicant will likely possess the following skills, experience and personal attributes:


  • 2+ years’ experience in property management
  • A warm, friendly, and positive ‘can do’ approach, that puts the customer at the heart of everything you do
  • An adaptable and effective approach to problem solving, across the shared needs of the business, landlords and tenants alike
  • Strong attention to detail and accomplished administration, time management and project coordination skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, applying influential negotiation skills to achieve best results when required
  • Excellent all-round communication skills and relaxed in face-to-face client meetings
  • A naturally enthusiastic disposition with a strong willingness to learn
