Property Administrator - Company Profile:

They have a network of UK offices that offer a range of expertise which covers all the key segments of residential, office, industrial, retail, rural property and mixed-use development schemes. They attract, recruit and retain the best people in the industry.
Property Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
Car Park Management:
- Oversee car park administration.
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
Administrative Support:
- Compile Excel spreadsheets for budgets and property data.
- Prepare change notes for clients, properties, and leases.
- Maintain files and coordinate complaint responses.
- Attend and minute client meetings.
Client Interaction:
- Handle inquiries from tenants and clients.
- Compile data and prepare reports (from liaison with internal teams)
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with property managers and accounts teams.
- Monitor work referrals and logs.
Property Administrator – Person Profile:
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or administration/accounts or similar administrative role is essential.
- Minute taking experience in fast paced meetings.
Technical Proficiency:
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Outlook; PowerPoint is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly developed written/verbal communication skills and proof reading is essential.
Property Administrator – Package:
- Location: Central London (Hybrid 3 days office, 2 home)
- Salary: £30-32,000
- Benefits: range of company benefits available (tbc) and discretionary bonus
- Hours: Mon to Fri, standard office hours
