We are offering an exceptional opportunity to join a global leader in the commercial real estate industry, based in the heart of London. As a Property Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, delivering first-class estate management services to prestigious clients. You’ll be part of a high-performing team, driving results through effective communication, problem-solving, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Collaborate with the Senior Property Manager and Lettings Manager to achieve commercial property management targets, adhering to best practices. Manage maintenance requests, tenant communications, and financial aspects such as service charges, utility bills, and ground rents. Ensure properties comply with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections with detailed reporting.
  • Reporting: Independently prepare and coordinate client reports, including commercial management reports, critical lease event tracking, and custom client requests. Manage team reporting tasks, including meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations. Circulate and finalize management reports, ready for distribution.
  • Systems & Compliance: Utilize systems like Propware, Compass, and Microsoft Dynamics to manage service charge recoverable invoices, update property information, and ensure all data is accurate. Review compliance platforms regularly, ensuring all tasks are completed by relevant teams. Handle workflow instructions related to property legal documents and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Administration & Coordination: Manage communication across email, phone, and social media, providing timely tenancy reports and handling general administrative tasks. Oversee complex administrative duties, including managing turnover leases, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring legal documents are properly maintained. Assist with pitches, presentations, and event coordination.
  • Accounts & Financial Management: Oversee rent schedules, manage client accounts, and coordinate the collection of rents and service charge reconciliations. Assist with the preparation of budgets, arrears analysis, and financial reporting. Collaborate with the Client Accounts team on financial tasks and ensure accurate recharging of utilities and other property-related costs.
  • General Management: Support surveyors in managing properties, handling tenant and client inquiries, and coordinating property inspections. Ensure legal documents are up to date and maintain manual and electronic property files. Lead by example in dealing with occupier queries, assist with the onboarding/offboarding of properties, and mentor junior staff.

About You:

  • Experience: Previous experience in property management is essential, ideally commercial.
  • Professionalism: A highly professional approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management systems, strong computer literacy, especially in Excel, and experience with MI reporting.

This role is ideal for a motivated, resilient, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. If you’re ready to contribute to a leading global firm and take your career to the next level, we’d love to hear from you
