Role Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire internal recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with hiring managers, providing expert advice and guidance on best practices in talent management and recruitment.
  • Regulatory Support: Work closely with the HR team to support regulatory activities related to the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR).
  • Process Maintenance: Ensure HR processes and procedures are aligned with current regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations matters as needed.
  • Engagement Initiatives: Participate in employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • New Joiner Inductions: Support induction processes for new employees.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures for all employees.
  • HRIS Super User: Become a key user of the new HR Information System (HRIS) and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Reporting: Generate reports through the HRIS.
  • Query Management: Respond to general queries via the HR inbox, providing timely and practical advice to managers and employees.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in an HR-related role within financial services.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Essential knowledge of SMCR.
  • HRIS Proficiency: Skilled in using HRIS.
  • Employment Law: Solid understanding of employment law within an HR capacity.
