Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our HR department on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a full HR Generalist service, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Understand and advise on recruitment needs, preparing job specifications and liaising with recruitment agents.
    • Conduct interviews and prepare offer paperwork.
  • Employee Relations and Support
    • Manage low-level Employee Relations cases.
    • Provide excellent commercial advice and support to managers and partners on employee relations issues.
  • HR Administration and Data Management
    • Review progress and development of new joiners throughout probationary periods.
    • Conduct exit interviews with leavers, seeking feedback to understand any issues or trends.
    • Regularly analyse sickness and absence trends and proactively address any issues.
    • Manage the internal HR System, ensuring data is up to date and using to compile data and reports.
  • Diversity and Inclusion
    • Actively engage in D&I work, promoting diversity in the workplace.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and employee statutory rights. They will be commercially aware, have strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication and team working skills. The ideal candidate will be resilient, with the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and deadlines. They will also be confident, proactive with strong emotional intelligence.
