Front Office Manager

Are you passionate about working within the hospitality Industry??? Then we would love you to join our friendly team here at the Ambassadors Bloomsbury.
The Ambassadors Bloomsbury is small Boutique independent hotel with 100 bedrooms located in central London.
You will have a hotel background within a 4-star London Hotel and have experience of working in a similar role. The right person would be enthusiastic and positive in their nature as well as having the flexibility to work within a small team within an independent Hotel as well as being creative with their ideas.
Key responsibilities
Direct operations of the front desk and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction
Hire, train, and supervise front office employees, ensuring they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies
Interact with customers both in person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaints
Ensures that all Front Office Policies and Procedures are adhered
Compile various reports and financial information for the general manager
Excellent Communication Skills
Essential to be flexible with working hours
The ideal candidate -
Have previousexperience in a similar role within a four star hotel. Communicate effectively in English both spoken and written and eligible to work in the UK- Have a friendly, flexible and professional attitude- Be motivated and trustworthy
