Our client is a highly successful estate agency located in North West London who are looking for an energetic and motivated Office Administrator to support their team. The successful candidate will be well presented, great at communicating and have a positive attitude towards work.


This position will be working alongside a dynamic team in a company which really value their staff. This is a full time, office based role, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.


Duties to include:

• Ensuring the smooth running of the offices

• Provide administrative support to the sales & lettings teams

• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents

• Uploading property details, tenancy agreements and sales memorandums onto software

• Typing valuation and instruction letters

• Management of keys for properties

• Assisting with marketing of properties onto various web portals

• Coordinating photographs to be taken of newly instructed properties

• Arranging meetings both internal and external

• Maintain filing systems, current and archived


Personal criteria:

• Strong IT skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in the property sector

• Excellent attention to detail

• Highly organised
