Elton Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Operations and Administration Manager—12 FTC. This is an amazing opportunity to work directly for one of London's finest residential developers. The Senior Operations and Administration Manager will be responsible for efficiently managing our client's business administration and building operations.

Main Responsibilities


  • This role includes managing Senior Management's diaries and room bookings, greeting visitors and assisting with general administrative tasks.
  • Invoices, POs, Cross Charges:
  • Manage the administration of invoices, purchase orders, and cross charges to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to review and approve monthly operating expenses (OPEX).
  • Oversee the supplier onboarding and management process.
  • Reviewing Monthly OPEX
  • Ensure that all operational procedures are up-to-date, efficient, and resident-focused.
  • Regularly review and update standard operating procedures and other relevant documents to reflect best practices and current standards.
  • Maintaining and creating resident handbooks which are up to date and contain relevant information to each building
  • Line Management of the Front of House Manager, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service are delivered.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous feedback and support.
  • Analyse and review monthly operating expenses In meetings with Operations & Building Managers, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals and operational efficiency.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to the senior management team.


You

  • The successful candidate must possess GCSE English Language or equivalent as a minimum.
  • IRPM Level 2 or ARLA Level 3 is highly desirable.
  • The individual must be polite, courteous and well-presented, with a flexible and willing attitude to work.
  • A team player who is hardworking and able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Capable of working on own initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills are essential.
  • A strong and thorough knowledge of MS Office is essential.
  • The incumbent should possess good administrative skills and have at least 2 years of experience working in a Property environment.
  • An honest and trustworthy individual with an exemplary track record.
