  • Financial services markets: To speak confidently and authoritatively to our clients, the Implementation Consultant will be able to demonstrate experiences of best practices across the industry.
  • Data: Analysing and understanding client data is an important factor that influences a client's system design; as such, the Implementation Consultant must be eager to understand data relationships and the interplay between data and business requirements.

  • Lead the implementation of our SaaS solutions for fintech and payments clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
  • Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Support growth of the business by collaborating closely with the Sales team to provide practical knowledge and experience, participating in sales pitches, completion of RFPs and fee proposals when required.
  • Hold both clients and internal team members accountable to project timelines and budgets.
  • Proven experience in project management and implementation within the payments or fintech industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of software systems, APIs, data integration processes and SQL.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
