Client Operations Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding of Clients: Entering applications on to the CRM system, sending correspondence to investors and advisers, and following up on outstanding requirements with internal and external stakeholders.

Customer Due Diligence: Carrying out anti money laundering checks and analysing anti money laundering documents. Maintaining the Compliance/Anti Money Laundering logs.

Application Administration: Creating all post-investment and ongoing fund administration correspondence, including AFC and commission statements. Processing redemption, transfer and withdrawals requests.

CRM Management: Ensuring all data in the CRM system is up to date and accurate. Creating and managing data reports and ensuring continuous improvement of the system via process improvements.

Payment Administration: Verification of bank details for payments. Reconciliation of client money using CASS rules.

Any Other Business: Ad hoc and supporting role where required to ensure the smooth running of the whole Client Operations department.
