Job description

As part of National Business Development and Marketing, we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Clients & Markets Administrator to support with national administrative tasks that will help us grow and engage with our clients, targets, and other key contacts.


You will support the firm in meeting the increasing demand of BD activities and provide support to the national Clients & Markets team. Responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to mailbox manage, events managements (primarily in London and Kent), data entry, CRM administration and general administrative tasks.


The successful applicant will be highly organised, proactive and possess the ability to work well under pressure. Being able to communicate at all levels with confidence is essential, along with a professional telephone manner. You will need to have outstanding people skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.


The successful candidate would work from our London office but will be expected to travel to, and support, our offices in Kent (Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells) with local events.


Responsibilities

  • Support the Clients & Markets team with managing the firm’s new business enquiries mailboxes, tracking opportunities, sending onto the correct teams and following up on the outcome.
  • Assist with the management of events from sending invitations, managing guest lists and providing on-site support at events including set up, managing registrations, and assisting with other on-site logistics as required.
  • Conduct research on opportunities, identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Support with data entry into the CRM system and generation of reports
  • Support with general administrative tasks as and when required.

Qualifications/experience

  • Some experience in an administration role is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working in professional services is ideal.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Experienced of using a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) is desirable.
