To be successful in this Role, you will need:

  • A recognized degree-level qualification in an appropriate technical subject area, such as MEng Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH Qualification preferred, or a willingness to work towards it.
  • A detailed knowledge of governance legislation and standards.
  • Proven track record to meet management performance standards.
  • Experience working with process safety in a continuous process industry.
  • Proactive approach in finding opportunities to improve site operations processes and actively participating in the change process.
  • Excellent engagement and communication skills.
  • Strong mentorship and influencing skills across a diverse range of collaborators/team members.
  • A full, clean driving license.
