Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance of Clean and Safe Spaces:

Enhance temporary accommodations through repairs, thorough cleaning, and aesthetic improvements. Conduct regular inspections to ensure common areas are pristine and report any issues promptly. Maintain clear and safe pathways in all weather conditions.

2. Support for Residents:

Clearly communicate responsibilities to residents and collaboratively address any concerns. Assist colleagues to promote a cooperative team environment.

3. Commitment to Health & Safety:

Advocate for health and safety by adhering to established protocols and utilizing protective equipment. Ensure compliance with regulations to safeguard the well-being of residents.

4. Efficient Records Management:

Optimize documentation processes to facilitate smooth operations. Leverage technology for accurate record-keeping, financial transactions, and report generation.

5. Team Engagement & Development:

Actively engage in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training initiatives. Contribute positively to the workplace culture and your personal growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Practical Experience: Proven background in estate management, demonstrating skills in repairs, decoration, and cleaning. Knowledge of Safety Standards: Familiarity with health and safety regulations, COSHH, and GDPR guidelines to ensure a secure and compliant environment. Organized and Service-Oriented: Strong organizational and communication abilities, with a focus on customer service. Preferred qualifications include relevant educational achievements and experience in electronic banking.

Compensation: Starting salary of £12.59 per hour for a total of 36.25 hours per week.
